Drink 4-5oz of tonic the NEXT DAY after drinking the cleanse. Continue to drink the tonic everyday until finished. You can drink either 15 min before a meal to aid in digestion or the first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with water. This tonic was created to help replenish the body with essential micronutrients like minerals after cleansing the bowels, do your best to finish it in it's entirety.

The products should be stored in the fridge upon arrival and lasts for up to 3 months. If you've had your products for a little longer than 2 months, please use at your own discretion and check for mold. If the cleanse and tonic are free of mold, they can be taken at your discretion.

No, heavy detoxing should be avoided during these times as some toxins and herbs can effect breast milk and pregnancy. Additionally, it is not recommended to cleanse during your period as it may be an uncomfortable experience purging waste from your bowels and bleeding simultaneously.
