Quick Brew:
1. Boil 16 oz water.
2. Add 2 tsp blend.
3. Steep 20 mins on low heat.

Stronger Brew & More Servings:
1. Add 32 oz of boiling water to a glass jar.
2. Add 2 tbsp blend and seal closed.
3. Steep overnight in a jar for at least 6 hours.

Drink 1-2 cups daily. If suffering from recurring spleen pain or symptoms of a clogged lymphatic system, drink up to 3 cups daily for a week. May add fresh key lime squeeze for enhanced absorption.
