Orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service), Fed-Ex, or UPS. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your region and the weight of the items in your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after placement. Please note that this processing time excludes pre-orders, as their expected shipping date may vary.

Shipping Address

Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided at the time of checkout. It's crucial that your provided address is accurate and complete. In the event that your address is missing vital information, such as an apartment or unit number, USPS may consider it an "invalid address" and return your order to us. In such cases:

- Returned orders will incur an additional shipping fee for resending.
- Your address must be updated and verified before reshipping takes place.

*In the event that an order is returned due to "invalid address", we agree to submit notice via email or SMS—depending on which contact information is provided. Refusal or negligence to submit an additional reshipping fee is not grounds for a refund as all sales remain final*

If you receive notification or notice via tracking update that your order has been returned to us due to address-related issues, please follow these steps:

1. Reach out to us via our contact page providing order details such as the order number, name on the order, and context of the situation.
2. We will initiate the process of collecting additional shipping payment from you and verifying the updated address.
3. If you choose not to pay the additional shipping fee for reshipping and your order is safely returned to us, it will be canceled, and you will receive a refund.

Tracking Information

Once your order is in the process of being shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure that your contact information, especially your email address, is accurate before checking out so that you will successfully receive updates on your order.

Damaged Orders

In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged during the shipping process, please follow these steps:

1. Send evidence of the damage via email with your order details such as order name and number.
2. Your order will be replaced free of charge if you notify us within 15 days of receiving the damaged items.
3. Claims for damage reported after 15 days may require an additional shipping fee.

Informed Delivery

We highly recommend opting for "Informed Delivery" through USPS once you receive your tracking number via email. This service allows you to be notified closely when your package is due to arrive.

Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Packages

Ancient Artery LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced during transit. If such an issue arises, please refer to USPS to file a claim as soon as possible at USPS Claims here since all our USPS Priority Mail shipments are insured.
